The Army Reserve Center was a design/build project for an approximately 40,000 square foot, two story building containing conditioned offices and training space. The ARC building situated as two wings with a two story curtain wall entry spine, was constructed as a masonry bearing wall building with internal steel columns and composite deck second floor. The exterior is clad in brick with a brown brick base and red brick body with aluminum windows spaced evenly over the façade. The assembly hall has a brick base and a metal panel body with translucent panel windows. This building includes Silver Spirit design and Force Protection standards.

The ARC was designed simultaneously as the storage and maintenance building in Leavenworth, Kansas.
