Bancroft Elementary School

Wellner Architects provided architectural design services for teh renovation, addition, and site expansion of this 66,000 square foot elementary school. Proposed improvements included HVAC renovation, replacement of existing plumbing systems, ADA modifications, renovation of the library and auditorium, and a complete and comprehensive updating of all educational spaces in the facility. There is also a proposed 6,000 square foot addition that will house a new kitchen and cafeteria.
