Wellner Architects designed the 500 square foot espresso bar so that it integrated seamlessly with the existing book store facility. The locations of the restaurant and kitchen were analyzed with respect to the two potential user groups; the patrons of the book store and the public. The project was constructed in six weeks within the allocated budget. Although the espresso bar restaurant is owner managed, it was developed and marketed as a seperate feature.
