Wellner Architects developed a prototype plan for a 9,000 s.f. facility which was planned for construction at 33 sites throughout the metropolitan area. Wellner Architects provided site adaptation services for six sites. These facilities were designed to provide health, mental, and social services to schools and local neighborhoods. Although the plan was typical for each location, the elevations and site work were designed for each specific neighborhood. The project was completed through the bidding phase.
