Dunbar Gardens

Wellner Architects provided miscellaneous architectural services for several units in the Dunbar Gardens Housing Development for the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri. Responsibilities included converting eight units to comply with ADA guidelines. The work provided total accessibility to each ADA unit from the parking lot to the door and in and around the interior of the apartment. A second paroject for Dunbar Gardens provided a new storm sewer service, waterproofing of the foundations, repairs and restoration to the interior of several units.
