The first phase of this project changed the former City Scape Market dining venue at the Flamingo Casino in Kansas City into the 330-seat, 9,200 square foot All-American Buffet. Improvements in the second phase of the project expanded the kitchen adding room for additional equipment and increased the dining capacity by 80. There are five buffet food areas, each designed as separate storefronts following the theme of the food served in that specific area.
