Wellner Architects worked with the Housing Authority of Kansas City, Missouri on the master plan for Guinotte Manor Housing Development. The final master plan concept included the renovation of 28 buildings and the construction of 16 new buildings containing 308 new units. Wellner's responsibilities included management and coordination of the design team, cost estimating, site development, and a structural/infrastructure report.
