Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport Multi-Purpose Building - A 20,000 sf multi-use building that will have offices, a pilot's lounge, a weather center and a "destination restaurant" to attract the area's non-aviation population to the airport.
TWA Flight Simulator Building Demo - Demolition of the two Flight Simulation building structures and all of their interior building components at the Kansas City International Airport.
533 Mexico City Avenue Rendering - Provided a computer rendering of current building
Wash Facility – This is a new wash facility at the Ground Transportation Building at KCI.
Garage Stair Tower Windows – Replaced faulty windows in Terminal A & B garage stair towers.
533 Mexico City Ave. – Wellner Architects, Inc. provided a computer rendering of the current building.
Building 408 - Wellner Architects reviewed the scope and cost estimate as prepared by Calvary Bible College’s architect and engineer and ascertain what work is a direct result of water damage that occurred approximately 5 years ago, and what work is not.
Host to Central Store – Wellner performed a feasibility study to adapt the current Host Building into a KCAD Central Store.
Pavement Repair – This project was for a pavement evaluation of selected roadways & design services for reconstruction of Moscow and Helsinki Drive.
