Business Class Parking Entry/Exit Plaza Building
The Kansas City Aviation Department is interested in redeveloping approximately 17.5 acres of the former Satellite Parking Facility, in favor of a Valet Parking Facility for users of the airport. Wellner Architects anticipates providing both design and construction administration services after the successful completion of the feasibility study. Design includes certification as a LEED Silver rated facility.

* Development Monument Sign
* Entry/Exit Plaza Facility
* 1,922 Parking Stalls, including 30 handicapped accessible stalls
* Car wash facility option
* Fleet Maintenance and Storage Facility
* Separate Employee/Bus Parking area
* Covered Parking Option; to cover only the parking stalls
* Covered Parking Option; to cover the parking stalls and drive lanes
* Photovoltaic Option; includes installation of 17,000 modules capable of harvesting 3.57 MW
