Renovation

The original 96,590 square foot single-story building with a 2,500 square foot basement was constructed in the early 1970s. A couple of additions have been built bringing the building area up to 117,310 square feet. The scope of work included relocating the administrative office area so that it is adjacent to the main building entry for improved building security and creating a classroom in the old office complex. It also included replacing fiberboard ductwork throughout the original portion of the building, replacing most of the ceiling system to allow access to ductwork, replacing roof-top mechanical equipment, and replacing roofing in some areas.
