WAI was responsible for architectural services as well as extensive coordination with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers for these projects, which provided up to date manufacturing and packaging facilities for an animal pharmaceutical company, located in existing adjacent 12,000 square foot light industrial buildings.

Phase I included a new 1,100 square foot filling and packaging facility within an existing warehouse area. A dedicated air handling unit with a plume blower exhaust fan required extensive screening to comply with local zoning requirements. The new facility was designed to meet cleanability standards.

Phase II included a 5,850 square foot area for a manufacturing cell including weigh‑out, granulation, milling, drying, and tablet pressing. The cell required an isolated HVAC system with dust collection.
