During Margaret’s over twenty-five years of experience, she has developed expertise in all phases of the design process.  Since joining Wellner Architects in 1989, she has gained experience on every type of project in the office.  Margaret has managed a variety of projects including new and renovated educational buildings, new and renovated laboratories, office buildings, terminal buildings, postal facilities, and multi-family housing rehabilitations.  Currently, Margaret is providing construction administration services on an elementary school, and design services for the renovation and addition of an elementary and middle school for a local school district.
