Marie has over 22 years of experience in a wide variety of projects, which includes office buildings, medical offices, laboratories, primary and collegiate educational facilities, recreational facilities, libraries, airline tenant finish, and residential buildings.  Since joining Wellner Architects in 1994, Marie has worked on all aspects of a project from the initial design through the production of the construction documents and the administration of construction.  Marie’s proficiency with computer aided drafting and design creates a foundation to expeditiously produce a final set of documents with great accuracy. During the past several years, Marie has been the Project Architect on three Kansas City Missouri Fire Stations.  As a result of an extremely successful working relationship between Marie Boatright and the KCFD, Wellner Architects was selected to update the Standards book for future KCFD work based upon the “lessons learned”.
