Since joining WAI in 2001, Mike spent 4 years providing construction management and construction administration services at the Kansas City International Airport for the terminal renovations project.  His participation included coordination between the tenant, the owner, and the contractor.  Mike’s strengths include his ability to coordinate these entities during tense moments, and his accurate record keeping of financial issues related to changes.  Additionally, Mike’s responsibilities have consisted of project architecture, CAD design, construction documents, and construction administration.  Mike is currently working on several other Kansas City International Airport projects including the Airfield Sand/De-icer facility and the In-line Baggage Security Screening project and several projects for CMSU.
