Wellner Architects was selected to provide a variety of improvements at two sites for the Housing Authority of Excelsior Springs, Missouri. Work at Ruey‑Anna Highrise included improvements to the fire alarm and emergency systems, tear‑off and replacement of the roof, and exterior weatherproofing. Work at Northwind, a 50‑unit development of duplexes and four‑plexes, included kitchen and furnace replacement in each unit, and creating accessible kitchens in two units.
