Wellner Architects provided programming and master planning services for this pharmaceutical company located in Tucson, Arizona. At the present time, the client owns one building and leases space in a second building located across the parking lot. The client is outgrowing the space as fast as additional space can be leased, designed, and occupied. Wellner Architects, therefore, proposed the master plan that links both buildings with a new building infill. Each space, existing or proposed, was programmed to serve future needs of the client at least 5 years in the future which increases the square footage of the existing two buildings from 41,000 square feet to 63,000 square feet in a single building.
