This project provided the City of St. Joseph, Missouri an administrative maintenance and storage facility for the City public transit system. Wellner Architects provided planning, design, and construction administrative services for the 2.35 acre site. The scope included a 7,800 square foot administrative office and maintenance building that also contains a wash bay and fueling canopy for the buses.
