Conference Room
This 30,000 square foot renovation at the Universitiy of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) provided space for vice chancellors' and chancellors' offices and administration department offices. Facility planning included general construction that consisted of de-mountable partitions and systems furniture. The power and data distribution portion of the project included ducts beneath a raised floor system and standard conccealed routing. Finishes ranged from high-end finishes in the lobby areas to mid-range finishes in the private offices to lower-range finiahes in the open office areas.
