This 142,000 square foot project included programming, space planning, the general construction package, furniture and equipment installation drawings, move coordination, and post-occupancy services for Wilcox Electric, a company of approximately 400 employees. The final layout of the building had two distinct areas. One was the office portion and the other area was the manufacturing area.
The office portion of the project included new offices for approximately 225 employees and 20 executives, a board room, multiple conference rooms, video-conferencing capabilities, a suite for reprographics services, a kitchen with a cafeteria, and maintenance areas.
