Analytical Development Lab

This 9,255 square foot project included 4,800 square feet of laboratory spaces designed to accommodate 20 employees who are responsible for routine sample testing and analyzing pharmaceutical materials. The project included the design of the laboratories, lab user office space, two conference rooms, a mechanical room, and toilet rooms. Other issues considered were the location of the chase through the three floors above for the perchloric hood, the insulation of a new air-handler, and the demolition of concrete flooring where ductwork passed through the main level floor.
