The 1,300 square foot Board Room can be sub-divided into three smaller rooms, each with the same video conferencing capabilities. Divided into three smaller rooms, each is equipped with separate input/output video and technology capabilities, electronic white boards that interface with the overhead projector, a laptop computer, and the sophisticated sound system. Wellner provided programming services for the design of this suite, produced the construction documents, performed the construction administration and assisted in designing the furniture layout for the space. In order to project a slightly different feel within the room, the finishes were chosen to be different from those in the office area located just outside the door
