Wellner Architects provided architectural support to this 10,696 square foot Kansas City pharmaceutical company. The space will house two new laboaratories and accompanying office space for use by the lab occupants. The new laboratories were constructed in the location where small, obsolete labs had once been located. The obsolete labs were completely demolished to allow the construction of the new labs. In addition to architectural services, Wellner also provided move coordination as part of this project.
