Wellner Architects completed preliminary designs for the North Satellite Service Center for the Water Services Department of Kansas City, Missouri. This new complex will provide facilities for several departments of the City including, Water Services, the Police Department, Public Works, and Parks & Recreation. The project includes an 80,000 square foot building for vehicle and equipment storage, a 14,000 square foot office building, a 10,000 square foot garage for vehicle for vehicle maintenance, a 3,000 square foot building for vehicle storage, and a 24,000 square foot building for storage of inventory.
