The Triage Assessment center shares a nearly 3,000 sqft with state health providers. The building provides a place for local law enforcement to bring people who may be experiencing a mental health crisis or substance abuse problem. Patients are assessed from 1 of 2 new assessment rooms and then provided the necessary path of treatment. A complete renovation, including furniture was done to provide the facility with offices, assessment rooms, exam rooms and support areas.
