WAI was hired in 2017 to renovate this entire 125,000 sq ft facility, head to toe, for the opening of the 2019 school year, after sitting empty for nearly a decade. A learning commons space, advanced technology classrooms, cafeteria, classrooms, break out and collaboration spaces were created to take advantage of natural light, color, and flexibility.  All new furniture was specified by WAI to complement and enhance the new functions and design of the space.
