The new 3,500 sqft pump station building houses several water pumps required by the KCMO Water Service Department. The design allows for future expansion and incorporates sustainable design features such as natural daylighting and exterior metal rainscreen. Due to the building's close proximity to a residential neighborhood, the

exterior is intended to blend into the landscape

while retaining a clean and modern facade.
