This project provided the city of St. Joseph, Missouri with an administrative maintenance and storage facility for the city public transit system.  The scope included a 7,800 SF building for administrative offices and vehicle maintenance areas containing a wash bay and fueling canopy for the buses.  The second building was a 9,300 SF bus storage facility.
