Tnemec, a local industrial coatings manufacturer, was in need of a new facility to accomodate office personnel, research & development labs and space to welcome visitors, all under one roof. WAI was able to provide a design that meets the design criteria for the Burlington Corridor Plan in North Kansas City while still standing out as a modern and sustainable structure.
