CRU5H Fun Food and Drink is a concept by Sodexo, selected to fill the vacated restaurant space in the Elliott Student Union at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg.  Exterior, non-load bearing walls were replaced with full-height glass storefront to bring abundant daylight into the single-story space.  Drop ceilings were removed, expressing the concrete structure, and finishes and furniture were updated with a hip, trendy vibe.
