This renovation of the lower level retail dining areas within the Elliott Student Union was comprised of Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, The Grid (a community store concept by Sodexo with convenience and grab and go items), Wild Blue modern Japanese kitchen, and nearby seating areas. 

Interior walls with bulky, overhead coiling doors were removed to create open sightlines to all venues.  Finishes were updated and modern steel mesh security curtains installed to allow each venue to operate on its own schedule while keeping the seating open.
